Carol- Ron did a great job explaining things to me so I could make good decisions on my vehicle. He also got me a car to use when they found a crack in the serpentine belt which required my car to be kept overnight, which I very much appreciated. Honestly, I thought the tire prices were a little high compared to tire stores, but I trust Falcone Volkswagen to do a good job so I went with them on the tires.

Kenneth- I have 3 very good friends in the car industry. All 3 are very good at their jobs of selling cars. All 3 from different makers of cars. But, I can truly say that Bob Falcone took the whold process of buying a car to a whole new level. Bob is truly an exceptional owner and a very passionate salesperson and leader of the Falcone team. He really simplified things for me during this transition from our Saab that we purchased new from him in 2005, to the new Passat that we recently bought. He is the reason that I bought the Passat. Bob listened to me and the problems and concerns that we were experiencing with our Saab. He also understood the situation that my wife and I was experiencing with a daughter in college. He is a true professional, but yet, down to earth and easy to talk to and do business with. I also want to say a huge thanks to John Fitzgerald. Fitz sold us our first Saab back in 05 with the help of Bob. John was patient with me during my purchase in 2005, and also followed through and was very patient with me again here in 2012. I will never buy another car from another dealership again. THIS IS IT! BOB AND JOHN ARE THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY! I will never buy another car from another dealership ever again. I am a lifelong customer, because of their true professionalism and compassion and care of their customers. THEY GET IT!!!! THANKS GUYS!!!

He took the time to look up my previous warranty coverage, explained all of the work being done and when the problem was found, was very sensitive and empathetic to my feelings about the additional charges that were being applied. He helped explained what I could do to fix the problem that had happen at the previous service station and provided me with all of the requirements and information that would need. I will return to Falcone's.

Stacy- My car was in for fixing after it was broken into and therefore VW had to deal with my insurance which was very difficult. My service consultant, Steve Halloran, went out of his way to help with this difficult process. If it hadn't been for him, I would have had no clue what was going on with the Insurance company. He would call me to let me know what was going on even though my insurance company rarely updated me personally.

Jeff- Look at my comment on Item 4b. I do not expect to get a loaner every time I bring in my Jetta for service (which was not purchased at Falcone), but Ron Brill had good sense to schedule me for a loaner for the major service, which the other VW dealer close-by (Dreyer & Reinbold) did not. I also appreciate Ron Brill's attention to details and his good communications. I will drive that extra 15 miles to come to Falcone again, instead of Dreyer & Reinbold (where I had bought two new cars from). Keep up the good work, and your customers will not look for alternatives when it comes time for service.

Kimberly- I had seen the new 2012 Beetle in an internet advertisement. The goal of my initial visit was to understand size and amenities available and to see it in person. I'm a pretty quick decision maker and seeing in person would determine if it was right for me or not. I was not necessarily expecting to buy a car on my first visit. To start, I loved the car! More importantly, I like the low pressure, very open sales and communication style of Russell Johnson and Mr. Falcone. Babu exceeded our expectations on timing to process paperwork, and I LOVE the online service scheduling and loaner car for my Xylon treatment - these were huge service differentiators for me. Could not be happier with my awesome new car and I have truly enjoyed my interactions with everyone there, especially Russell and his help with so many follow up details. Thanks for the key chain too!

Pamela- I'm very appreciative that Falcone was proactive with my ongoing oil sludge issue, contacting me for additional manufacturer-recommended service and providing me with a great loaner car while my car was being serviced. There was one issue that didn't get resolved?odd sound that comes from under the hood and seems to happen only during hot weather. It's likely that it couldn't be diagnosed because of the cooler fall temperatures. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service provided and the customer service rep.

However, before they started the work it was discovered that the harness was fixed when I took my car in previously for the automatic window not staying up when I hit the button. (It still does it once in a while). So, they just did a 90 Day check on my vehicle so as to this not being a wasted trip. Extremely satisfied with Falcone Volkswagen.

Chris- I have been very please with Neil Whitehead's knowledge (especially TDI's) and his straight forward approach dealing out the good and sometime not so good news when it come to servicing a complex and sometimes expensive vehicle. I really appreciate his work and coordination with one of your techs (Travis I believe) who went the extra mile with a call to VW N. America for a double secret code to unlock a deep DPF (turbo blow) regeneration and saved me a very expensive dual DPF replacement. This kind of attention and care is unfortunately rare and is very much appreciated. You have done right by me and I will gladly pass it on to anyone who will listen. Thanks again.

Andrew- Shelby, the service manager, is who I worked with throughout the process of my service concern. I can honestly say she made the situation an easy repair and saying that she went above and beyond with her focus on customer service would be an understatement. I have had my vehicle serviced at Falcone for years, and plan to have it serviced at Falcone for the life of the vehicle. The service staff is the friendliest and most genuine of any dealership, Volkswagen or not, that I have ever had contact with. I recommend the Falcone team to anyone in need of any service involved whether it is purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced or repaired.

Lawrence- The friendliness of all your staff members was great. I bought my first VW bug in that facility in 1967 and would not consider any other VW dealer. At that time the waiting room was on the second floor with a large window through which the customer could watch the service area. Just as professional today as in 1967. No, you don't need to usher customers to the second floor like it was done in the past. Don't need to watch - I know my car is being taken care of properly and promptly.

Thomas- I was very happy with the new online scheduling option (with its instant verification, etc. vs. having to call you to verify my previous online service appointments). However, I was rather dismayed when I arrived for the appt. and there was no paperwork for me, nor was I on the schedule! However, the service dept. fit my car in and it was finished in a timely fashion anyway. Apparently the new system sometimes links the online appts. to the service desk and sometimes doesn't--so I hope you can get that glitch figured out! THEN the new system will be great! On the other hand, a park assist sensor needed to be ordered for my car, and I was told exactly how much it would cost and given the option of overnight shipping or waiting until next week for it to arrive. Those types of situations make me thankful for the excellent and professional service I can count on receiving at Falcone. Thank you!

Elena- The timing wasn't their fault-the parts had to be ordered and they were on back order. I particularly have to compliment Travis, Neil and the blond guy in service-I don't know his name! But this car-a 2006 9-3-really made by GM and it shows, it's demented. But I would consider buying a Subaru or a Volkswagen based solely on the service I have received at Falcone. It's the best dealer I have ever encountered-by a mile.

Dan- In my opinion the service I was needing was extensive, so before scheduling service, I contacted three local Subaru dealers. I requested pricing information, along with a written itemized quote. I also requested to be provided with a Subaru loan vehicle (not just any rental car) while my vehicle was being serviced. Travis was my Service Consultant and he made everything happen. Falcone was the only dealership that met my requests. I felt Travis provided me with superb customer service and he made me feel like a valued customer. To that end, I plan to patron Falcone in the future not only for vehicle servicing needs but also when the time comes for a new Subaru. Thank you.
